Back Deck 

1. CLEAN  

a) deck - sweep cobwebs/leaves 

b) wipe table and chairs 

2. CHECK 

a) Tank level 

b) Back up propane tank is FULL (located in outdoor closet) 

b) All beach chairs have been returned (6 total) and 1 umbrella 

c) Grill surface is cleaned/scraped of particles 

d) Ensure kayaks (2 adult & 2 Kid) plus 4 paddles & life vests (in Ikea bag) are there & LOCKED (through their handles) - Lock is 0914 - Please include in video

3. REPLACE 

a) grill cover 

b) fire table cover 

4. VIDEO DECK & CLOSET + KAYAKS
