INFORM us on the Whats App Group or your cleaning manager re the above
IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED:
Take 2 photos of the damage- 1 close up and 1 from afar (to see full item)
NOTE - this can INCLUDE stains to sheets/towels
Send photos to the WhatsApp Group or your cleaning manager
If linens/towels - place damaged/stained item in dedicated bag after documenting.
Important: If you must decommission sheets or towels due to stains, it must be documented for our insurance.
