1. CLEAN

a) wipe dining room table* and chairs, coffee table, tv, mantle, walls near dining table (if needed) 

b) dust chandelier 

c) vacuum and mop floors (ensure NO sticky residue post mopping) 

d) dust bunnies under couch and in corners 

e) glass mirror and glass fireplace door 

2. CHECK 

a) TV and remote works (place remote on coffee table tray) 

b) couch and cushions for crumbs, hair or damage 

c) chandelier bulbs all work 

3. REPLACE 

a) Tower fan (if out) with remote needs to be put in hallway closet

4. FLIP

a) Scent reeds to invigorate the scent (it can get musty in the living area, please inform us if new reeds are needed). SEE VIDEO.
